Marketing for us

Ingin saya berkongsi dengan semua tentang sebuah buku yang baru saya baca berjudul Marketing for Young Lawyers terbitan LexisNexis. Buku ini sangat berguna dalam memberi tunjuk ajar bagi mendapatkan klien dan mengekalkan klien kita. Berikut adalah beberapa tips yang boleh dikongsi bersama.

  • Be a problem solver, not a problem maker
  • Keep clients informed
  • Be accessible after work
  • Request feedback
  • Get out of the office/visit our client
  • Become a resource to our client
